The Claims Administration is now closed.
The Claims Administrator reissued the remaining Distribution payments by e-transfer on January 3, 2024, to all Claimants who contacted our office on or before November 6, 2023.
ALL cheques must have been cashed by December 31, 2023, as the Settlement Fund Trust account has been closed as of January 3, 2024.
The remaining funds in the Settlement Fund shall be paid to the Public Interest Advocacy Centre and allocated towards its services in respect of consumer privacy issues.
